THE JOURNEY

I am not a big talker, and putting myself forward has never come naturally to me. For most of my life I have been content to work quietly in the shadows — training, teaching, serving the art and the family I represent without seeking recognition or credit for any of it.

What I teach was not acquired quickly or easily. It came through sacrifice, hardship and decades of dedication — earned through years of living inside a tradition passed down through one of the most respected kung fu lineages in the world. I do not follow fads or trends. I teach what has worked for generations, exactly as it was passed down to me. I have walked every step of this path. What I share comes from that journeyand nowhere else.

My door has always been open to anyone with genuine interest and the willingness to work. That has not changed. If you have found your way here — and you are serious — then perhaps you are exactly where you are supposed to be.

My Story

Forty years. One system. One lineage. The art. The tradition. The way. Lam Family Hung Kuen

The Lineage

From the root to the branch. The lineage pure and intact. The tradition alive and kicking.

Train With Me

No secrets. No gimmicks. No nonsense. Real skill passed down through generations.

There are three main ingredients to mastering kung fu — a good teacher, a sound method, and a committed student. The first two I offer without reservation. The third is entirely down to you.
